As a therapist with over 20 years of experience in pre- and post-natal massage, hypnobirthing, reiki, baby massage, and as a mother and a grandmother, I provide a grounded, heart centered space for you to ease into your role as a parent.
Over the years I have come to notice that many new parents live away from the support of their families and friends that may be overseas or interstate. I bridge the gap by “mothering the mother” so that you can navigate this transition with the confidence, rhythm and connection you deserve.

1 ‘Saving Grace’ ~ A Heart Gift for a New Mama.
A nurturing, caring home visit to spoil & check-in on a new mama encouraging her to find her center, bring balance & peace to her home, some rest & respite to catch up on sleep or whatever else she may need support with on the day.
Rest & Respite:
Creating the space for you to catch up on vital sleep, a cup of tea, or a warm shower, while your baby is safely held or watched for you.
Finding Flow:
Helping you land in your new role, establishing rhythm and balance as a new parent. Deeply listening to your needs or concerns on each visit.
Maintaining the Home Fires:
Practical support such as folding or hanging washing, tidy of floors and bathrooms, help with any meal prep.
Restore balance and peace in your heart and home.
Resource connection:
A curated recommendation list of other specialist practitioners and support services.
The Details:
This is a ‘One off’ 2-hour home visit with an option to upgrade and have a support plan moving forward. Suitable for any time of your mothering journey. You are welcome to book further visits.
Investment: $250 per visit with option to upgrade

2 ‘Nourish & Nurture’ ~Deep Listening & Receiving
Opening space for Mama to come home to self and receive. Best suited for the early time of your journey (1 – 2 weeks postpartum).
Emotional Sanctuary:
Deeply listening to your needs and concerns, offering emotional support.
Sacred Bodywork:
Energy balancing, herbal foot soaks, neck and shoulder massage, belly binding – Trusting a natural unfolding of time and flow for your healing journey, physical or emotional needs during the home visit.
Nourishing the Spirit:
Elements of support & inspiration to nourish the innate wisdom & spirit of the new mama.
Learn different techniques for settling baby, including still hands, infant massage for wind, regulation and settling, to support your confidence and bonding with your baby.
Practical Ease:
Maintaining home fires, and house duties such as washing, folding, tidying floors and meal preparation support or nutritious meals from a local source (extra cost).

4 x 2-hour home visit weekly or fortnightly plus resources and gifts honouring this sacred time in your lives.

3 ‘Family Love’ ~ Changing seasons, rhythm & connection.
Bringing ease and rhythm to the household. Best suited for 6 – 12 weeks postpartum.
Body Sense:
Therapeutic massage for scalp, neck and shoulders or feet and energy balancing to ease fatigue and weariness.
Family Harmony:
Identifying the needs of partners and siblings to create a cohesive flow.
Creating Flow: Support in the home for when partner may need to return to work, your family go home or you are ready to venture out and about and find independence.
Home help or accompanying mama to assist on outings.
Family conversation:
Collaboration and adjustments around the new way of connection, the little things that make the biggest difference in the household and home where everyone is heard and needs can be met.

3 x 2-hour home visits (weekly or fortnightlly).
