Pregnancy is such a unique experience for the mother to be, whether it is her first baby or subsequent pregnancy. There are many changes that occur within her body during this time and massage can help on so many levels with things such as leg cramps, dull lower backache, tight neck and shoulders, general fatigue etc.

Often it is a time to receive some time out, nurturing or talk of any fears or concerns they may have, or simply have the space to relax, de-stress and truly connect to the little ‘one’ within. Pre and Post natal I see many women during different stages of their pregnancy and I always feel excited and honoured to be treating them and the new life within!

Pre-natal Massage & Guided Deep Relaxation

Feel deeply relaxed, calm, prepared and ready to welcome your baby! 

Enjoy a relaxing, nurturing 1hour pregnancy massage, combined with a 30min deep relaxation, calming mind and body, letting go of worry and tension, feeling confident and calm about your upcoming birth.

This session is suitable as birth preparation for mums that may or may not have done a Hypnobirth class.

Hot Stone Massage

Basalt stones have been used by many different cultures for thousands of years, as healing tools.

When the stones are heated to a desired temperature, they are then placed on certain areas of the body to warm tight muscles, increase blood flow whilst also allowing the person receiving the treatment, to enter into a state of deep relaxation.

The heat from the stones will help to release the connective tissue surrounding the muscles so as the body can totally let go, nurture and heal on many levels.

The stones are also used along with oil during the treatment, to massage the body, warming, de-stressing, relaxing and leaving you in a state of pure relaxed bliss!

3 – Sound Therapy

I use many different types of healing instruments, all designed for relaxation, clearing, healing and re-energizing. Crystal bowls, Chakra chimes, Tuning Forks, American Indian Medicine drum, rattles, Tibetan bowls, bells and more. I use these sounds intuitively over and on the body, while you are comfortably laying down on a massage table.

You can request which instrument you feel more drawn to within your treatment.
