Sound meditations for vibrational healing
The use of ‘sound’ for healing has been around for many centuries. Many different cultures around the world use a variety of indigenous instruments to bring about deep relaxation, balance and healing.
Every organ within the physical body resonates at a certain frequency measured in hertz. During a sound meditation or personal sound healing session, the vibrations from the different instruments take the recipient into a state of deep relaxation, a place where healing happens.
As you lay relaxed, sounds are played around and over you taking you even deeper…this allows stress to melt away and restore balance within the body, whilst also clearing any energetic blocks caused by stress, illness or held emotions.
Each organ resonates at a certain frequency to maintain vibrant health. If you are feeling tired, low immune function or emotionally drained, changing your vibration through sound is a gentle, fast and effective method for creating change within your Body-mind-spirit wellbeing.
During a Sound Healing with Debbie you will experience an assortment of instruments such as Crystal singing bowls, Rattles, Rainstick, American Indian medicine drum, Tibetan bowls, Chakra chimes and more..

Personal Sound Sessions
Experience a unique journey of vibrational medicine as Debbie plays a variety of instruments over and around you, tuning into your body and using the instruments she is guided to play for your healing. These relaxing healing sessions are available at Alpha Rahma Cottage in Atherton.

A Meditation routine can help achieve balance both physically and mentally and can be beneficial to help with many health issues such as stress and anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, headaches and improving a person’s overall well-being.

The Meditation Courses Debbie teaches are held in a friendly, relaxed environment, with your complete comfort in mind. We usually start with some gentle stretching, calm breathing, theory and science behind the particular meditation we are learning. Self-relaxation routines and finishing with a guided meditation for deep relaxation. Take home resources are provided.

Be Kind To Your Mind
Many years ago I stumbled onto my first ever meditation course. I had no idea what it would involve, how it worked or what it would do for me! Well I have to say, for me it was a life changing experience in many ways.
Since that time, I have experienced many different types of meditations and have my own routine of daily meditation practise and notice what a difference it makes to do even just 10-15 mins of meditation each day. I have more clarity, sleep better, feel less stressed and notice a general calmness within myself.
Everything gets easier with practise and that is also true about meditation. I enjoy sharing different types of meditation experiences with others and teach non-religious types of meditation, with the focus on breath, muscle relaxation and mindfulness. Although you may think your mind is too busy to sit still, learning new skills and using the right tools, you may be pleasantly surprised at just how easy it is.
