The more we allow this space between the thoughts, the more we find inner peace, infinite possibilities, imagination and creativity.

A Meditation routine can help achieve balance both physically and mentally and can be beneficial to help with many health issues such as stress and anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, headaches and improving a person’s overall well-being.

Meditation ‘Be Kind to your Mind’

Many years ago I stumbled onto my first ever meditation course. I had no idea what it would involve, how it worked or what it would do for me! Well I have to say, for me it was a life changing experience in many ways. Since that time, I have experienced many different types of meditations and have my own routine of daily meditation practise and notice what a difference it makes to do even just 10-15 mins of meditation each day. I feel I have more clarity, sleep better, feel less stressed and notice a general calmness within myself.
Everything gets easier with practise and that is also true about meditation. I enjoy sharing different types of meditation experiences with others and teach non-religious types of meditation, with the focus on breath, muscle relaxation and mindfulness. Although you may think your mind is too busy to sit still, learning new skills and using the right tools, you may be pleasantly surprised at just how easy it is!
You will not have to stand on your head, hold your breath or sit in any strange uncomfortable poses!

Meditation Courses
The courses I teach are held in a friendly, relaxed environment, with your complete comfort in mind. We usually start with some gentle stretching, calm breathing, theory and science behind the particular meditation we are learning. Self-relaxation routines and finishing with a guided meditation for deep relaxation. Take home resources provided.

  • Calm the Farm- School Age/teens Meditation (during school terms 3.45-4.30 Thursday’s. Bookings required
  • Thursday evenings drop in class 6-7pm - $10. Experience a guided meditation in a relaxed, comfortable, friendly environment
